From 1519 when Hernando Cortez was
recorded as bringing the first Paint Horses
to the "New West" to the present,the American Paint Horse has enjoyed some of the highest honors of
any breed.Cortez loved these horsesfor their STAMINA....the Native Americans loved them for their BEAUTY and GRACE....cowboys
had them for their SPEED,AGILITY.....
Wild Meadow Ranch is located in the 'Wild and Wonderful' mountains of West Virginia. We
are a small farm, family owned and operated. Our goals are to breed Paint Horses with conformation, disposition,
and blood lines to make the finest quality show ring horses. After attaining near twenty years experience in
training and showing horses, we have hand picked broodmares to provide you with the finest show horse.
